How to Get the Savage Roar Rune
There are five different zones where this rune can be obtained: Darkshore, Loch Modan, Silverpine Forest, The Barrens, and Westfall.
Darkshore ( Alliance Zone)
To get the Savage Roar rune, you must be level 20 and have Cat Form trained as well as Rip or Rake. You can loot the idol you need sooner than that, but you won’t be able to use it or train the abilities you need to activate it until level 20.
Head to Darkshore and look for a cave around 52, 38, east of Bashal’aran. Inside you will find Den Mother, a level 18-19 bear. Kill her to loot a Ferocious Idol.
Right-click the idol to equip it in your relic slot. To activate it, you must deal bleed damage to humanoid creatures 20 times. To do this, use Rip or Rake while in Cat Form. Then you can open your character window and right-click the idol again to get the rune.
Loch Modan ( Alliance Zone)
To get the Savage Roar rune, you must be level 20 and have Cat Form trained as well as Rip or Rake. You can loot the idol you need sooner than that, but you won’t be able to use it or train the abilities you need to activate it until level 20.
